Catahoula Leopard Dog - Filo/chester - Large - Adult - Male
Filo is a 4 year old Catahoula mix and Chester is a 3 year old Rottweiler mix. Filo is approximately 45 pounds and Chester is about 65 pounds. Filo and Chester are a bonded pair of best friends. Filo and Chester are a pair of strays that survived on their own at the old Raleigh Springs Mall for almost a year. Filo became injured and Chester quickly became his protector. The boys never left each others side and wanted nothing to do with us humans. The entire Memphis Rescue community came together and launched an all out rescue effort. Filo and Chester were way smarter than us and after about 6 weeks we trapped both boys and their lives changed for ever. The boys have thrived in their foster home and both have decided they love the good life. The boys are good with other dogs, people, children and even cats. They love ear scratches, belly rubs, play time and snuggle time. We feel we must keep them together. They have survived so much together they deserve to spend the rest of their happy days together. The boys are up to date on vaccinations, neutered, micro chipped, house broken and crate trained.
